Job Requirements
- Hs diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work in all buildings and in all positions
- Ability to stand continuously and walk frequently
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Attention to detail in food safety and sanitation
- Availability to work school day shifts

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service or kitchen work preferred
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Customer service oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical capability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel and lift weights up to 50 pounds occasionally
Job Duties
- Fill the dishwasher, remove clean dishes and restock in the kitchen
- Serve food according to established procedures while maintaining a neat and clean serving area
- Use proper utensils and monitor portion sizes
- Maintain alertness to student allergy restrictions and practice food safety and sanitation techniques
- Perform daily set-up and clean-up of serving area, including stocking products and cleaning and sanitizing serving area
- Manage daily food storage tasks including rotation of products, labeling, temping and checking expiration dates
- Clean and sanitize tables between lunch shifts
