Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and portion controls
- Serve and distribute meals to inmates in a timely and hygienic manner
- Operate in various kitchen areas including tray line, dish room, cafeteria, and storeroom
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations
