Job Requirements

  • Prior food service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and portion controls
  • Serve and distribute meals to inmates in a timely and hygienic manner
  • Operate in various kitchen areas including tray line, dish room, cafeteria, and storeroom
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations
