Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or related environment preferred
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or provide an exemption
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards

- Experience with proper food safety and sanitary procedures are preferred
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or be exempt by signing a statement
- Ability to work day and evening shifts with weekend and holiday rotation
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Provide support for the main kitchen of the Food and Nutrition Department including set up all stations and perform positions
- Break down stations completely ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized
- Perform floor stock procedures
- Clean and sanitize equipment and food surfaces according to procedures
- Assure that all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated prior to storage or placed for sale
- Use proper utensils to ensure accurate portions
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
