Job Requirements

  • Must possess strong interpersonal and customer skills
  • have excellent attention to details and service knowledge
  • have excellent communication and organization skills
  • ability to work various shifts including weekends
  • ability to stand for long periods during shifts
  • must comply with health and safety regulations
  • must be able to lift and carry moderate weight
  • prior food service experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior food service experience is preferred
  • strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • excellent attention to detail

  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to learn and adapt

Job Duties

  • Preparing, serving and distributing food
  • working in various areas of the department such as the tray line, dish room, cafeteria and storeroom
  • maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • interacting with patients and staff to provide excellent customer service
  • adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • assisting with inventory and stock management
  • supporting team members as needed
