Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess strong interpersonal and customer skills
- Excellent attention to details and service knowledge
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Elkhart, Indiana
- Willingness to comply with correctional facility rules and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Preparing, serving and distributing food
- Working in various areas such as the tray line, dish room, cafeteria, and storeroom
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in food preparation and service areas
- Interacting with a diverse clientele
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Assisting with inventory and stock management
- Adhering to all correctional facility policies and procedures
