Job Duties
- Preparing, serving and distributing food
- working in various areas of the department such as the tray line, dish room, cafeteria and storeroom
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of food service areas
- ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- interacting with inmates and staff with professionalism and respect
- assisting with inventory and stock management
- supporting other kitchen staff as needed
