Job Duties
- Preparing, serving and distributing food
- Working in various areas such as tray line, dish room, cafeteria and storeroom
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Assisting in inventory control and stock replenishment
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Interacting professionally with inmates and staff
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
