Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or related field preferred
- ability to follow written instructions
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or have approved exemption
- availability to work per diem with flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

- experience with proper food safety and sanitary procedures are preferred
- must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Job Duties
- Provide support for the main kitchen of the Food & Nutrition Department including set up all stations and perform positions
- break down stations completely ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized
- perform floor stock procedures
- clean and sanitize equipment and food surfaces according to procedures
- assure that all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated prior to storage and or placed for sale
- use proper utensils to ensure accurate portions
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned
