Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lb frequently and up to 50 lb occasionally
- Ability to reach with hands and arms in various directions
- Ability to kneel, stoop, and move around repeatedly
- Good vision and hearing to navigate a dynamic work environment
- Must be able to stand on feet throughout entire shift
- Must be authorized to work in the country
- Must be able to download and operate the Upshift mobile application
Job Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and handling
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
- No prior experience required as training will be provided
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and provide assistance with seating arrangements
- Serve food promptly and courteously, maintaining high standards of hospitality
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about menu items
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Support beverage service and restocking as needed
