Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or supervisory roles preferred
- must complete sanitation course within first year
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- proficiency in multitasking and leadership
- ability to maintain food safety standards
- capacity to train and mentor staff

- Ability to read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- completion of a sanitation course before or during the first year

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
- direct daily activities
- maintain food production to ensure safety and quality
- ensure safe, organized, and hazard-free food storage
- maintain serving schedules according to menu specifications
- uphold sanitary conditions following health and safety codes
- maintain accurate weekly inventory
- prepare orders for accurate production
- supervise and evaluate employees
- counsel and promote employee growth and teamwork
- maintain a safe working environment
- train and mentor food service workers
- maintain maintenance logs for equipment
- complete food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions
- perform preventative maintenance checklists
- recommend equipment replacement
- multitask proficiently
- perform additional duties as assigned
- fill in for absent employees
- manage daily catering event preparation and delivery
- work occasional nights and weekends for catered events
- attend food service meetings
- maintain communication with staff
- perform cashier duties as needed
- promote positive public relations
