- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or supervisory role preferred
- must complete sanitation course before or during first year
- ability to work occasional night and weekend shifts
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask and manage teams effectively

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
- direct daily activities
- maintain food production standards ensuring safety and quality
- ensure safe and organized food storage
- maintain serving schedules and adherence to menu specifications
- uphold sanitary department conditions according to health and safety codes
- maintain accurate weekly inventory
- prepare orders as needed for production accuracy
- supervise, evaluate, counsel, and promote employee growth and teamwork
- maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment
- train and mentor food service workers
- maintain logs on equipment maintenance
- complete food safety and temperature logs with corrective action
- perform preventative maintenance checklist
- recommend equipment replacements
- proficiently multitask
- perform duties as requested by Food Service Director or Manager
- fill in for absent employees
- manage daily catering event preparation and delivery
- work occasional night and weekend catered events
- attend staff meetings
- maintain communication with staff
- perform cashier duties as needed
- promote positive public relations
