Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or supervisory role preferred
- ability to read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- willingness to complete a sanitation course
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to perform basic arithmetic
- ability to maintain emotional control under stress
- ability to resolve interpersonal conflicts effectively
- flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends
- capability to multitask and supervise a team effectively
Job Qualifications
- Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- complete a sanitation course before or during first year
- knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program
- ability to perform basic arithmetic

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
- direct daily activities of food service staff
- maintain food production safety and quality according to policies and procedures
- ensure safe and organized food storage
- maintain serving schedules and ensure food is served per menu specifications safely
- maintain sanitary department in compliance with health and safety regulations
- maintain accurate inventory weekly
- prepare orders as needed for accurate location production
- supervise and evaluate employees and promote growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork
- maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment
- train and mentor food service workers
- maintain equipment maintenance logs
- ensure food safety and temperature logs are completed with corrective action
- perform preventative maintenance checklist
- recommend replacement of equipment
- multitask proficiently
- fill in for absent employees as necessary
- maintain knowledge and timely delivery of catering events
- work occasional night and weekend catered events
- attend food service meetings with staff
- maintain communication with staff via various methods
- perform cashier duties when needed
- promote good public relations
