Job Qualifications

- Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge
- Advanced degree in culinary arts or related field (preferred)
- Food Handler's certification (preferred)
Job Duties
- Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
- Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
- Supervising multiple employees to maintain efficiency and compliance
- Communicating effectively with team members and management
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen environment
- Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as necessary
- Training new staff and supporting ongoing development
