Job Duties
- Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
- Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
- Supervising multiple employees to maintain operational efficiency
- Coordinating kitchen activities to align with scheduled meal service times
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assisting in training and development of kitchen staff
- Monitoring inventory and supplies to prevent shortages or waste
