Job Duties
- Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
- Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
- Supervising multiple food service employees and coordinating kitchen activities
- Maintaining compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Training and mentoring staff to enhance service knowledge and operational efficiency
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Monitoring kitchen operations to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
