Job Duties

  • Provide hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals following company recipes and contractual obligations
  • Ensure all meals meet standards for quality
  • Supervise multiple employees in a correctional kitchen setting
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and health regulations
  • Manage inventory and supplies for the kitchen
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Support a positive and efficient work environment
