Job Duties
- Provide hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals following company recipes and contractual obligations
- Ensure all meals meet standards for quality
- Supervise multiple employees in a correctional kitchen setting
- Maintain compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Manage inventory and supplies for the kitchen
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Support a positive and efficient work environment
