Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience supervising multiple employees
  • strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • excellent attention to detail and service knowledge
  • ability to work onsite full-time
  • food handler's certification (preferred)
  • advanced degree in culinary arts or related field (preferred)

Job Duties

  • providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
  • ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
  • supervising and managing multiple employees during meal service
  • maintaining compliance with health and safety standards
  • coordinating with school staff to meet scheduling and service requirements
  • monitoring inventory and food supplies to prevent waste
  • training new staff on company procedures and food safety
