Job Duties
- Cook food
- prepare food
- manage stockroom
- clean kitchen facility
- clean kitchen equipment
- clean dining facilities
- monitor food and cooking supplies
- set up dining hall for special events
- manage camp resources related to food services
- clean serving and dining areas
- adhere to safety standards dictated by the American Camping Association and State of Michigan licensing standards
