Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Minimum 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
- Strong employee engagement and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Culinary production experience
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation compliance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional communication skills
- Passion for high-level customer service
- Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
- Proficient in computer skills and report management
- Knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) and The Market Connection (TMC) preferred
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- At least 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
- Demonstrated leadership and employee engagement skills
- Experience with safety and sanitation compliance
- Proficiency in professional communication and customer service
- Preferred bilingual in English and Spanish
- Preferred experience with national school lunch programs
Job Duties
- Have oversight of day-to-day operations while delivering high-quality food service
- Achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- Create a positive environment
- Ensure menu planning, meal pattern compliance, sanitation, and organization
- Build strong partnerships with district leaders and school staff
- Lead and develop food service teams across multiple locations
- Utilize Sodexo’s programs, tools, and resources to enhance service delivery
