Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hospitality Management preferred
  • minimum of 10 years managerial experience if no degree
  • ServSafe Certification required
  • Allergen Certification required
  • proficiency in MS Office and computer systems
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to manage and develop staff
  • knowledge of state and federal employment laws
  • ability to handle budgeting and financial analysis
  • excellent problem-solving capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hospitality Management preferred
  • advanced degree in Management, Hospitality, or related field highly desirable
  • minimum of 10 years successful managerial experience if no Bachelor’s degree
  • proven superior customer relations skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • detail-oriented problem solver with critical thinking skills
  • experience in facilitating formal training
  • proficiency in MS Office and various electronic platforms
  • experience in developing, managing and adhering to budgets
  • ServSafe Certification required
  • Allergen Certification required

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with the Operations Director to prepare a period and yearly budget
  • achieve maximum sales and profits consistent with acceptable operating standards
  • demonstrate thorough understanding of all company purchasing and financial policies and procedures
  • ensure onsite management and support staff adhere to company purchasing and financial policies and procedures
  • collaborate with Operations Director to determine staffing needs
  • hire, train, coach, supervise, evaluate and manage performance of direct reports
  • develop unit managers using gap analysis tools and create development plans
  • demonstrate thorough understanding of state and federal employment rules and regulations
  • ensure staff comply with all employment rules and regulations
  • evaluate total operational performance and ensure client satisfaction
  • develop quarterly operational business reviews and present to client
  • plan and analyze merchandising and marketing programs
  • hold regular direct report and team meetings
  • ensure thorough usage and understanding of corporate communications
  • ensure all management communications comply with electronic communication policy and litigation holds
  • maintain positive public relations and secure account retention
