Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be at least 21 years old
- minimum one year of experience delivering products and inventory preferred
- valid state driver’s license required for assigned vehicles
- must have at least six months of recent experience driving a 26-foot box truck
- ability to back into loading docks
- ability to load, unload, and handle lift gates
- physical capability to lift and push items up to 300 pounds
- strong kitchen supervisory skills
- ability to stand and be on feet for extended periods
- dependable and flexible
- ability to work independently and as a team member
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Drive a 26-foot box truck on an established route within the facility grounds
- assist in loading, unloading, and delivering goods to routed locations
- supervise inmates working in the kitchen and ensure compliance with recipes and food safety standards
- check food temperatures and inventory levels
- sanitize kitchen areas and maintain cleanliness
- assist with food preparation, serving, and kitchen maintenance as needed
- report vehicle maintenance needs and keep the delivery vehicle clean
