Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure that all food is cooked and presented to the highest quality and taste
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage and handling of ingredients
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handling and storage of food items
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to manage and coordinate kitchen operations effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stocking supplies as needed
- Handle special dietary requirements and accommodate customer requests when possible
- Assist in menu planning and development, including suggesting new recipes and seasonal items
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
