Job Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, telephone systems, printers, and fax machines
- Must be able to work full-time onsite in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

- Experience in an acute care and/or healthcare environment preferred
- At least one year experience in customer service or a call center
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
Job Duties
- Fostering patient relationships by identifying and responding to their needs
- Making internal or external contact with necessary personnel to address patient concerns as needed
- Managing data to aid completion of patient orders
- Ensuring accurate and professional processing of patient meal orders
- Addressing questions and concerns from patients and their guests
- Coordinating efficiently with hospital staff to enhance food service delivery
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of patient information
