Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Five to seven years of experience preferred
- Minimum of three years management responsibility
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards

Job Duties
- Innovates Circle K brand through strategic problem-solving for Fresh Food Fast initiatives
- Collaborates with marketing, merchandising, BU leadership, store leadership, and global foodservice experts to maintain effective training materials
- Leads a team of Food Service Specialists to develop, train, and ensure adherence to operational procedures related to FFF
- Integrates standards promoting food safety and HACCP compliance
- Accountable for Ecosure Food Safety Audit passing rates and corrective action resolution
- Provides Food Safety Management Certification (ServSafe) training and testing
- Cultivates safe working environment through safety practices training
- Maintains project schedules, coordinates activities, and resolves problems
- Monitors and communicates progress on FFF deliverables
- Evaluates training activities and recommends adjustments
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy
- Supports store teams with fresh food merchandising and promotional activities
- Conducts training needs assessments and reports outcomes
- Manages multiple tasks in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Prepares and manages annual budgets, analyzes variances, and initiates corrective actions
- Recruits, trains, coaches, counsels, and disciplines staff
- Maintains professional knowledge through continuous education
- Contributes to achieving financial and key results targets
