Job Requirements
- high school degree or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service and cash handling experience preferred but not required
- ability to operate credit card reader and POS cash register
- ability to multi-task and establish priorities
- ability to maintain flexible behavior and approach towards assignments
- ability to maintain organization in a changing environment
- ability to carry up to 20 lbs occasionally

Job Duties
- provide friendly and efficient customer service
- run a register and handle cash
- inspect premises, furniture, and equipment for health, safety, and sanitation standards
- monitor environment to maintain housekeeping, hygiene, and customer service standards
- keep lunch venue fully stocked
- greet guests and ensure their comfort
- coordinate with catering staff for quality service
- serve as a contact point for visitor questions and complaints
- open and close the Breakers Welcome Center and Tea House café
- perform clerical, administrative, and financial duties including attendance and transaction processing
