Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- 6 plus months of food service experience preferred
- ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift
- must pass a physical exam and be drug-free
- comfortable working in patient care areas with potential exposure to cleaning chemicals and infectious diseases

- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to read and interpret diet orders and perform basic math
- comfort using technology for menu collection
- ServSafe certification is a plus
Job Duties
- deliver meals and snacks to patients with care and accuracy
- collect and process patient menu selections using an iPad
- adjust menus based on dietary needs and physician orders
- provide exceptional customer service and practice service recovery
- maintain a clean and organized pantry and service area
- collaborate with nursing and nutrition staff to ensure patient satisfaction
