Job Duties
- Ensure the proper sterilization of dishes and cookware through the efficient operation of dishwashers
- use manual washing for certain objects such as wooden utensils and oversized pots
- regularly clean and maintain the dishwasher area to prevent any build-up of dirt or debris
- check the performance of cleaning equipment and dishwashers to validate their efficiency and report any operational issues
- offer aid with food readiness as necessary
- place clean dishes in their designated storage spaces after washing
