Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year serving experience in a full-service restaurant
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- present menus and answer questions about menu items or specials
- take accurate food and beverage orders and input them correctly into the POS system
- deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- ensure guest satisfaction by checking on guests during meals
- handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
- clear tables and reset them quickly for the next guests
