Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills
- capability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
- basic math and cash handling skills
- legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- present menus and provide detailed information on specials and menu items
- take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- ensure timely delivery of orders from kitchen to tables
- accommodate guest requests and dietary restrictions
- handle guest complaints professionally and seek solutions
- process payments and thank guests for their patronage
