Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant
  • ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • capability to stand for extended periods
  • willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
  • basic math and cash handling skills
  • legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of food service experience in a full-service restaurant
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledgeable about food and beverage menus
  • capable of multitasking and managing time effectively
  • basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions
  • customer service oriented with a friendly and engaging demeanor

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • present menus and provide detailed information on specials and menu items
  • take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
  • ensure timely delivery of orders from kitchen to tables
  • accommodate guest requests and dietary restrictions
  • handle guest complaints professionally and seek solutions
  • process payments and thank guests for their patronage
