Job Requirements

- prior experience in food service or hospitality encouraged
- knowledge of food safety standards

Job Duties
- Produce top-tier meals and baked goods following a predetermined menu
- compile a daily update to authenticate transactions and record meal arrangements
- understand meal components and check for completeness
- store food accurately to preserve flavor and nutrients
- distribute meals according to schedules and policies
- operate and maintain food preparation tools
- ensure efficient and timely food assembly
- enhance meals with garnishes
- assist in cleaning refrigerators and kitchen facilities
- comply with food safety legislation including sanitation and handling
- adhere to uniform policy requirements
- liaise daily with management on menu execution
- monitor food temperatures for safety
- maintain clean and organized workspaces
- regularly sanitize tools and surfaces
- perform general cleaning duties
- manage waste collection sites
- complete supplementary kitchen duties as needed
