- Must maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude
- Must be able to receive and maintain all required certifications
- Must complete all required company training
- Ability to work in various food and beverage positions with the same licensing

Job Duties
- Provide good guest service to all customers
- Ensure all food and beverage products are rotated and served quickly and neatly
- Authorize and issue complimentary services in accordance with the approved Complimentary Matrix
- Clean floor, counter, and machines in the food service area
- Keep an accurate count of all money and complimentary items received
- Monitor and adjust performance relative to local competition
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Work in other Food & Beverage positions requiring the same license as assigned
