Job Requirements
- knowledge of menu item appearance
- ability to ensure plate appearance, placement, and location are accurate
- ensure every ticket is reviewed for accuracy according to customer order and quality before leaving the kitchen
- relay special notifications, requests, or corrections to appropriate kitchen staff
- uphold sanitation and food safety principles
- complete AM/PM food runner checklist
- ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment
- ability to stand on their feet for shift
- busser needs to clean tables and surrounding area as needed
- tables are always in an orderly manner with full condiments
- assist with refilling drinks, menu counts, bathroom checks, stocking cups
Job Qualifications
