Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand on your feet and navigate the WOB for the entirety of the shift
  • Ability to reach, bend, and lift 10 lbs
  • Flexible schedule that can accommodate the needs of the WOB location
  • Food safety certification within 30 days of hire
  • Must comply with all local and state laws

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and carry trays or plates of food
  • Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Outgoing and friendly personality and demeanor
  • Flexible schedule, that may include weekends and holidays
  • A warm and welcoming smile

Job Duties

  • Delivers food orders to our customers
  • Assists the kitchen and service staff as needed to maintain the highest level of food quality, presentation, and timing
  • Sets up the front line with the equipment, plateware, and smallwares needed to effectively serve all food products
  • Keeps station restocked throughout the shift
  • Cleans large and small trays and tray stands to be ready for service
  • Final check of plate presentation
  • Garnishes finished entrees according to house specifications and procedures
  • Assists the server as needed to optimize the customer’s dining experience
  • Accomplishes all job duties while adhering to all safety guidelines and practices
  • Assists KM and other kitchen personnel in accomplishing closing duties and kitchen cleanliness
  • Completes all side work in the front and/or back of the house as assigned and scheduled by management
