Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or above
- able to communicate in English and Spanish
- able to work in a physically demanding environment
- able to work with chemicals safely
- attend all required training sessions
- comply with Wynn Steward Uniform Standards
- able to read and understand banquet event orders
- able to operate a two-way radio
- able to work effectively in a team
- available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- able to follow instructions and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Be prompt, present, and prepared for all shifts
- adhere to Wynn Steward Uniform Standards
- attend all scheduled training to learn banquet stewarding guidelines
- communicate in English and Spanish
- previous experience in a physically demanding job is a plus
- able to work with chemicals
- able to work within a team environment
- able to read and understand Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
- able to communicate by two-way radio
- knowledge of chemicals and MSDS sheets
- obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required
- be 18 years of age or above
Job Duties
- Wash, clean, and polish banquet equipment
- break down china, glass, silver, and Queen Mary’s during and after events
- sort and clean dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and ashtrays
- transport food from Banquet Kitchen, Pastry, and Garde Manger to the banquet room
- transport dirty dishes from event areas back to cleanup kitchen area
- assist with dish-up during setup, service, and teardown
- assist with all other duties as determined by the Director of Catering or Stewarding Management
- identify food upon delivery
