Job Requirements

  • Must have 1 year of food and beverage experience
  • must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 50 pounds
  • required to pass a background check
  • required to pass a drug test
  • must prove eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Responsible for pre-bussing tables and cleaning tables when guests have left
  • setting up tables and sweeping floors
  • serving water to guests as necessary
  • polishing silverware, water glasses and rolling silverware
  • responsible for stocking side stations
  • doing all daily and weekly side-work and general housekeeping of the restaurant
  • performing other duties as assigned
