Job Requirements
- Must have 1 year of food and beverage experience
- must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
- occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 50 pounds
- required to pass a background check

Job Duties
- Responsible for pre-bussing tables and cleaning tables when guests have left
- setting up tables and sweeping floors
- serving water to guests as necessary
- polishing silverware, water glasses and rolling silverware
- responsible for stocking side stations
- doing all daily and weekly side-work and general housekeeping of the restaurant
- performing other duties as assigned
