Job Requirements

  • High school education is required
  • Minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant or customer service industry preferred
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours
  • Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
  • Weekend availability is a must

  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Job Duties

  • Run food and beverages out to the correct tables as they appear in the window
  • Check all items for completion, accuracy, and table numbers
  • Communicate with the servers and kitchen if something is incorrect or missing from an order
  • Be aware of and inform Guests of ingredient details and components of food and beverage items
  • Ensure all necessary condiments and appropriate serving implements, dishes, glassware, and utensils are available and clean
  • Proactively assist other team members or as requested by the manager during downtime
  • Exercise care with all restaurant equipment, dishes, silverware, and glasses to ensure minimal breakage
