Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a culinary or food service role preferred
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any required certifications and/or licenses
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations

- Previous culinary experience preferred
- Ability to explain menu items and specials to customers
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to respect kitchen hierarchy
- Bilingual preferred

- Ability to multitask effectively
- Passion for hospitality
- Must be able to obtain necessary certifications and licenses as required by local gaming regulations
Job Duties
- Assist customers with their orders by explaining specials, meals, and drinks, and make recommendations
- Deliver food orders to customers in a timely manner
- Accurately explain food orders to chefs with specific attention to allergies and special requests
- Help the wait staff set up tables by placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils, decorations, and napkins
- Uphold food health safety and sanitation principles
- Occasionally check on customers to handle any impromptu requests or issues
- Remove dirty dishes from tables
- Inform management of customer feedback
