Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in hotel or related field preferred
Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and stand for entire shift
Effective communication skills with all employee levels and guests
Must be attentive, friendly, courteous, and service oriented
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Attend required meetings and trainings
Maintain high personal appearance and grooming standards
Comply with hotel operational standards and regulations
Show initiative and problem-solving skills
Maintain regular attendance
Ability to understand and apply complex information
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Provide the highest quality service to guests while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
Be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests, managers, and employees
Keep work areas clean and properly stocked according to meal periods
Clean and set tables according to property standards
Break down trays of soiled dishes and linens in dishroom area
Assist by pre-bussing tables and resolving guest requests promptly
Complete daily opening and closing duties and cleaning as per checklist
Answer phones courteously and efficiently
Assist fellow employees as needed
Perform additional duties as requested by management
