Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for the entire shift and navigate the location

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting a plus

Job Duties

  • Delivers food orders to customers
  • Assists kitchen and service staff to maintain food quality, presentation, and timing
  • Sets up front line with equipment, plateware, and smallwares for food service
  • Keeps station restocked throughout the shift
  • Cleans trays and tray stands ready for service
  • Performs final check of plate presentation
  • Garnishes finished entrees according to house specifications
  • Assists servers to optimize customer dining experience
  • Adheres to safety guidelines and practices
  • Helps kitchen management and staff with closing duties and cleanliness
  • Completes assigned side work in front and back of house
