Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Delivers food orders to customers
- Assists kitchen and service staff to maintain food quality, presentation, and timing
- Sets up front line with equipment, plateware, and smallwares for food service
- Keeps station restocked throughout the shift
- Cleans trays and tray stands ready for service
- Performs final check of plate presentation
- Garnishes finished entrees according to house specifications
- Assists servers to optimize customer dining experience
- Adheres to safety guidelines and practices
- Helps kitchen management and staff with closing duties and cleanliness
- Completes assigned side work in front and back of house
