Job Duties
- Prepare the dining room before service by cleaning tables, stocking stations, and polishing glassware
- deliver food to guests quickly and accurately during service
- clear and reset tables efficiently
- refill water glasses for guests
- support servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth floor operations
- wipe down surfaces, sweep, and mop after service
- restock supplies, take out trash, and assist with closing tasks to prepare the restaurant for the next shift
