Job Duties

  • Prepare the dining room before service by cleaning tables, stocking stations, and polishing glassware
  • deliver food to guests quickly and accurately during service
  • clear and reset tables efficiently
  • refill water glasses for guests
  • support servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth floor operations
  • wipe down surfaces, sweep, and mop after service
  • restock supplies, take out trash, and assist with closing tasks to prepare the restaurant for the next shift
