Job Duties
- provide customer service
- greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- assist in answering guest inquiries and provide information about available items
- offer recommendations and upsell when appropriate
- retrieve and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- ensure orders are complete and meet quality standards before delivery
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the stand area
- dispose of waste and adhere to sanitation guidelines
- work closely with cashiers, cooks, and other team members to ensure smooth operations
- follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
