Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements to optimize flow and service efficiency
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using the FrontTab POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff
  • Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests
  • Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about menu offerings, reservations, and special events
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods while maintaining high standards of guest services
  • Assist with other duties as needed to support restaurant operations and enhance the overall guest experience
