Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements to optimize flow and service efficiency
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the FrontTab POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff
- Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about menu offerings, reservations, and special events
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods while maintaining high standards of guest services
- Assist with other duties as needed to support restaurant operations and enhance the overall guest experience
