Job Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Ensure orders are prepared and delivered promptly and in the correct priority
- match food items to tickets and confirm accuracy before leaving the kitchen
- check dishes for presentation and quality standards
- label and organize all to-go orders confirming accuracy and completeness
- manage order flow between the kitchen and service team
- serve as the communication point between cooks and servers
- inform staff of menu updates and 86'd items
- add final touches to plates including garnishes and quality check
- keep the expo line stocked clean and organized throughout the shift
- carry and deliver food to tables using trays
- follow correct seat positions and table numbers
- provide prompt professional service when interacting with members and guests
- assist with buffet and special event setup and breakdown
- maintain cleanliness of work areas before during and after shifts
- complete nightly side work
- jump in to support teammates as needed
- attend pre-shift lineups
- follow food safety sanitation and quality standards
- report issues or delays to management
- provide attentive and courteous service to all members and guests
