Job Duties

  • Ensure orders are prepared and delivered promptly and in the correct priority
  • match food items to tickets and confirm accuracy before leaving the kitchen
  • check dishes for presentation and quality standards
  • label and organize all to-go orders confirming accuracy and completeness
  • manage order flow between the kitchen and service team
  • serve as the communication point between cooks and servers
  • inform staff of menu updates and 86'd items
  • add final touches to plates including garnishes and quality check
  • keep the expo line stocked clean and organized throughout the shift
  • carry and deliver food to tables using trays
  • follow correct seat positions and table numbers
  • provide prompt professional service when interacting with members and guests
  • assist with buffet and special event setup and breakdown
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas before during and after shifts
  • complete nightly side work
  • jump in to support teammates as needed
  • attend pre-shift lineups
  • follow food safety sanitation and quality standards
  • report issues or delays to management
  • provide attentive and courteous service to all members and guests
