Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year of experience in a related or supportive role preferred
- valid Food Handler Certification
- valid Alcohol Awareness Certification if applicable
- ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- ability to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information to guests
- knowledge of or willingness to learn Restaurant POS system
- highly motivated and flexible with initiative
- flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome restaurant guests
- deliver food to tables promptly and at the appropriate temperature
- deposit dishes in the dish-room or specified area
- clean and set tables according to restaurant standards
- empty trash containers regularly
- stock bussing stations
- learn and maintain product knowledge of food, wine, and beverage menus
- clean stations including sweeping floors
- perform buffet setup and refill as needed
- assist in room service when required
- assist other restaurant personnel with tasks when necessary
- attend all company and/or restaurant required trainings and meetings
- communicate effectively with staff and management
