Job Requirements
- ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language clearly
- ability to grasp, bend, lift and or carry 50 lbs or otherwise move goods weighing a maximum of 400 lbs
- ability to stand, move and work throughout the area and property including walking up to 10 miles, climbing stairs and riding elevators
- ability to perform duties within hot, normal and cold temperature ranges
- ability to work in confined spaces and awkward positions requiring crouching, kneeling, stooping and reaching overhead equipment and supplies for periods of time
- sufficient manual dexterity of hand to handle kitchen supplies
- ability to exercise judgment and adapt instructions from one assignment to another
- ability to deal with problems requiring initiative and good judgment
- ability to listen and respond to inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice
- social skills to deal with internal and external customers with patience, tact and diplomacy
- maintain attendance in conformance with standards

Job Duties
- assist the outlet staff set up and prepare for business
- assist with the cleanliness and sanitation of the outlet
- maintain the stock and inventory
- replenish condiments and restock shelves with supplies
- check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
- perform all assigned side work
- respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance within hotel guidelines
