- read and write handwritten notes
- lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- move about facility and stand for long periods
- walk or stand 100% of shift
- reach, bend and stoop frequently
Job Qualifications
- friendly and able to smile frequently during shifts
- ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
- ability to work in fast-paced, noisy environment
- ability to follow sanitation procedures
- strong teamwork skills
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- create a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company sanitation procedures
- restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close
- ensure food is properly garnished before delivery to guests
- follow tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure correct and timely food delivery
- deliver food to tables and ensure guests have everything they need
- offer assistance by clearing dishes, glassware and refilling beverages
- assist other team members as needed
- smile and maintain a friendly demeanor working varied shifts
