Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service preferred
  • Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and carrying
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning
  • Clean up spilled food or drink or broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash
  • Maintain adequate supplies of items needed throughout the shift such as ice, plates, glasses, and sauces
  • Locate items requested by guests
  • Perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties
  • Carry completed orders from kitchen to tables or bar for guests
  • Clean counters, shelves, walls, or equipment in food service areas
