Job Requirements
- Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distractions
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move about the facility and stand for long periods
- Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
- Ability to reach, bend and stoop frequently
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and approachable attitude
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Experience in restaurant and/or bar preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights and weekends
- Ability to maintain a positive demeanor and smile throughout shifts
- Strong teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action when necessary
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to the company’s sanitation procedures
- Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and close
- Ensure food is properly garnished prior to delivery
- Follow tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure timely delivery
- Deliver food to tables and ensure guests have everything they need
- Offer assistance by clearing dishes and glassware, refilling beverages
- Assist other team members as needed or when business demands
