Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a hospitality or food service role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 35lbs
- strong communication skills
- reliable and punctual
- willingness to follow all safety and hygiene standards
- ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication, hospitable, and interpersonal skills
- positive attitude, strong work ethic, punctual, and dependable
- must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to frequently lift and carry up to 25lbs and occasionally lift and carry up to 35lbs
- able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
Job Duties
- Warmly greets each member with a smile and understands the importance of name recognition
- anticipates member needs and is willing to go above and beyond to accommodate them
- responsible for expediting all orders in a timely manner
- prepares trays with orders by correct seat numbers and ensures proper condiments and side dishes are provided
- transports food from the kitchen to the dining room ensuring that the food matches the order
- facilitates proper service techniques such as serving from the left and clearing from the right
- maintains high standard of safety and cleanliness
