Job Requirements

  • Must meet the legal age requirement in the state for serving alcoholic beverages
  • Possesses the legal right to employment within the United States
  • Physically capable of bending at the waist and lifting loads up to 50 lbs to waist height
  • Able to move objects weighing up to 50 lbs over distances of up to 25 feet
  • Must be able to remain on your feet and actively working for entire shift durations, typically 8 to 12 hours

Job Duties

  • Offering dedicated guest assistance and support throughout the entire dining experience
  • Rolling and polishing clean cutlery in preparation for service
  • Clearing away soiled dishes, glassware, and flatware from guest tables
  • Wiping down and sanitizing tables and setting them up correctly for the next diners
  • Performing routine cleaning duties for the service area, including sweeping and emptying trash receptacles, and completing all assigned cleaning tasks
  • Effectively escalating any guest complaints or significant service issues to management and participating in constructive problem resolution
  • Maintaining open and clear communication with fellow team members to ensure all customer requirements are met efficiently
  • Primarily focusing on the expeditious and accurate delivery of food from the kitchen to the guest tables (Food Running)
  • Strictly observing all applicable health department and food safety regulations in both kitchen and dining spaces
  • Following all instructions and directives given by the Manager on duty throughout the shift
  • Engaging positively with guests and proactively assisting with their needs
  • Helping ensure the accurate execution of all menu items, including our variety of slow-smoked and fire-grilled meats, available for all service types (dine-in, pick-up, online, catering, and delivery)
